Goods-in & storage

Where every unit enters the operation. Deliveries are booked against a dock slot, counted against the paperwork, and put away to a barcoded location within two working days.

Pick & pack

The floor is laid out so the fastest-moving stock sits closest to the benches. Every pick is scanned at the location and again at the bench before a label prints.

Dispatch & freight

Parcels are manifested by carrier and staged in separate lanes so collections do not queue behind one another. Pallets and freight move from the same dock.

Walk the floor before you send us anything

Photographs are chosen. A continuous walkthrough is not — it shows the gaps between the tidy bits, which is the part worth seeing.

We would rather walk you round it live

A recorded tour is being filmed. In the meantime we will do the version that cannot be edited: a video call from the floor, mid-shift, pointing the camera wherever you ask — or come in person and see it under load on a normal working day.

Two o'clock on a Tuesday rather than a scheduled tour slot. What a warehouse looks like under load is the only useful version.
