A rejected shipment is not just the cost of the return. It is the stock sitting unsellable at a fulfilment centre, the sales rank slipping while you are out of stock, and the days of admin to work out which unit failed which rule.
Marketplace requirements are specific and they change. Suffocation warnings on polybags above a certain size. Barcodes that must not be scannable through the bag. Expiry dates in a set format. Case pack limits, box weight limits, labelling positions.
We work to the current published requirements, prep to them, and check before the shipment leaves. If a product cannot be made compliant as it is, you hear about it while it is still on our floor and can be fixed — not after the marketplace has quarantined it.

Yes. We prep to FBA requirements, create the shipping plan, label the cartons to that plan and book the delivery into the assigned fulfilment centre. You keep control of the Seller Central account throughout.
You hear about it during the audit, before you have paid for prep on a range that will be rejected. Usually there is a fix — a different bag gauge, a relabel, a repack — and we will quote it. Where there is not, we say so.
That is the arrangement most sellers end up with. Bulk stock sits with us, and shipments go into the marketplace as it sells down. It keeps long-term storage fees low and gives you somewhere to route returns.
Per unit, by prep type — labelling, bagging, bundling and expiry marking are each priced separately, so a simple relabel does not cost the same as a sealed multi-pack build. Volume rates apply on larger runs.
Yes. Returns can be routed to us, inspected against your grading rules, and either repackaged for resale, held for a clearance run or disposed of, with the reason recorded against the SKU.
