Marketplace Prep That Gets Accepted First Time

Polybagged, labelled, barcoded and booked in to the marketplace specification — so your shipment clears intake instead of sitting in a rejection queue.

Overview

Rejections are expensive in a way that is easy to underestimate

A rejected shipment is not just the cost of the return. It is the stock sitting unsellable at a fulfilment centre, the sales rank slipping while you are out of stock, and the days of admin to work out which unit failed which rule.

Marketplace requirements are specific and they change. Suffocation warnings on polybags above a certain size. Barcodes that must not be scannable through the bag. Expiry dates in a set format. Case pack limits, box weight limits, labelling positions.

We work to the current published requirements, prep to them, and check before the shipment leaves. If a product cannot be made compliant as it is, you hear about it while it is still on our floor and can be fixed — not after the marketplace has quarantined it.

What is included

Everything covered by marketplace prep

01

FNSKU and barcode labelling

Correct label applied in the correct position, covering the manufacturer barcode where the marketplace requires it.

02

Polybagging and sealing

Bagged to the required gauge with suffocation warnings where the bag size demands them.

03

Bundling and multi-packs

Sets built, sealed and labelled as a single sellable unit so they are not broken apart at intake.

04

Expiry and lot marking

Dates applied in the accepted format for consumables, with FEFO rotation applied to what ships.

05

Carton and case prep

Shipment cartons packed within weight and dimension limits, labelled and manifested correctly.

06

Shipment booking

Shipping plans created, cartons labelled to the plan, and the delivery booked to the assigned fulfilment centre.

How it works

The marketplace prep process

The same sequence runs every time, which is what makes the result predictable.

  1. 01

    Audit the range

We check your products against current marketplace requirements and flag anything that will not pass as it stands.

  2. 02

    Agree the prep spec

Per-SKU decisions on bagging, labelling, bundling and expiry marking, documented so it is repeatable.

  3. 03

    Prep and verify

Units are prepped and checked against the spec, with a sampled verification before cartons are sealed.

  4. 04

    Book and ship

Shipping plan created, cartons labelled, delivery booked, and the shipment tracked through to receipt.

The benefit

What changes once this is running

Fewer intake rejections

Checked against the current requirements before dispatch, which is the only point where a fix is still cheap.

Stock sellable sooner

Correctly prepped shipments clear intake faster, so your listing goes live instead of waiting on a resolution case.

One stock pool

Hold reserve stock with us and top up the marketplace when it runs low, rather than committing everything up front.

Lower long-term storage fees

Sending in what sells, when it sells, keeps aged-inventory surcharges off your marketplace bill.
