Custom Packaging & Assembly That Sells The Next Order

The parcel is the only physical contact most customers have with your brand. We pack it to a written spec so it lands the same way every time.

Overview

Consistency is the whole point

A beautifully packed first order is easy. Packing the four-hundredth order of the day to the same standard, by a different person, on a Friday afternoon in December, is an operational problem — and it is solved with documentation, not enthusiasm.

Every brand we pack for has a written packing specification: which carton size for which basket, how the tissue is folded, where the insert sits, which orders get the gift option and which do not. It is photographed, posted at the bench, and it is what new staff are trained against.

Assembly work runs on the same principle. Whether it is a three-component bundle, a retail-ready display or a monthly subscription box, the build is specified once, quality-checked against a sample, and then repeated.

What is included

Everything covered by custom packaging & assembly

01

Packing specification

A documented, photographed standard for every basket type, so the unboxing does not drift as the team grows.

02

Branded materials handling

We store and manage your cartons, mailers, tissue, tape, cards and inserts, and flag when a component is running low.

03

Kitting and bundling

Multi-component sets built in advance or picked as virtual kits, whichever gives you better stock flexibility.

04

Subscription box assembly

Monthly builds staged ahead of the shipping window so an entire cohort goes out on the same day.

05

Gifting and personalisation

Gift wrap, handwritten-style cards, message inserts and gift receipts applied by order rule rather than by hand-sorting.

06

Retail-ready presentation

Display packs, shelf-ready outers and multi-packs assembled to a retailer's presentation requirements.

How it works

The custom packaging & assembly process

The same sequence runs every time, which is what makes the result predictable.

  1. 01

    Define the spec

We work through basket types, materials and the finish you want, then document and photograph the standard.

  2. 02

    Build a sample

A physical sample is packed and signed off by you before a single live order is packed to the new spec.

  3. 03

    Stage the materials

Packaging components are stored at the bench in the quantities the forecast calls for, with reorder points set.

  4. 04

    Pack and quality check

Orders are packed to spec with a sampled quality check, and the spec is revisited whenever the range changes.

The benefit

What changes once this is running

Fewer damages in transit

Right-sized cartons and correct void fill reduce movement, which is the main cause of in-transit damage claims.

Higher perceived value

A considered unboxing lifts repeat purchase and gives customers something worth photographing.

Lower material waste

Matching carton size to basket profile cuts both material spend and volumetric carriage charges.

Repeatable at volume

A documented spec means seasonal staff pack to the same standard as your longest-serving operative.

Yes. We can quote cartons, mailers and inserts through our suppliers, or work entirely with materials you supply. Many brands start with our stock cartons and move to custom-printed once volumes justify the minimum order quantity.
