Connected To The Stack You Already Run
Orders arrive from every channel you sell on, stock syncs back, and dispatch confirmations land where your customers look for them. No exports, no re-keying, no reconciliation by spreadsheet.
17 named connections listed below — count them. Anything not here connects over the API.

What “integrated” actually means in each case
A native connection and a spreadsheet on a timer are both described as integrations. They behave completely differently when a platform changes something, so each entry below says which one it is.
Platform app
Connected through the platform's own app or connector, authorised by you from inside your admin.
REST API
Your system calls our documented REST API, or we call yours. Used by headless builds and in-house platforms.
Native integration
A direct connection we build and maintain. Orders and stock move without a third party in between, and we own the fix when the platform changes.
EDI
Structured trading documents exchanged to a retailer's specification, for supplying into a distribution centre.
Scheduled file transfer
Scheduled CSV or flat-file exchange over SFTP, for systems with no API worth using.
Webhook events
Events pushed the moment they happen — order created, stock changed, parcel dispatched — instead of polling on a timer.
eCommerce platforms
Your own storefront — where the order originates and the stock figure has to stay honest.
Shopify & Shopify Plus
Orders pull continuously, fulfilments and tracking write back, stock syncs per location.
Platform app
WooCommerce
Connected by plugin with order status and tracking written back to the WordPress store.
Platform app
Magento / Adobe Commerce
Connected over the REST API, including multi-store and multi-currency setups.
REST API
BigCommerce
Native order pull with dispatch confirmation and inventory sync.

Merchant-fulfilled orders picked and dispatched against Amazon's handling times.
Native integration
Amazon FBA prep
FNSKU labelling, polybagging, bundling and carton compliance before shipment plans go in.
Native integration
eBay
Order pull with tracking uploaded against the eBay defect and late-dispatch metrics.
Native integration

How the connection is maintained, monitored and reported on once it is live.

How stock stays right across every channel
Overselling is the failure mode that costs you a marketplace account, so it is worth being specific about how it is prevented rather than promising that it will not happen.
One stock pool, not one per channel
Every channel reads the same available-to-sell figure. Splitting stock between channels is what creates the situation where one sells out while another is still advertising it.
Allocated at order, not at pick
Stock is reserved the moment an order lands, so it stops being available to every other channel immediately rather than an hour later when a picker reaches the shelf.
Continuous sync, not a nightly batch
Changes push within minutes on platforms that support webhooks, and on a short polling cycle where they do not. The exact interval per platform is confirmed at onboarding.
Buffer stock where a channel is punitive
Marketplaces that penalise cancellations can be given a holdback figure you set, so a race between two channels never becomes a defect on your account.
Cycle counts close the drift
Rolling counts by location correct the gap between the system and the shelf continuously, rather than in one annual reconciliation that invalidates a year of reporting.
Failures raise an alert on our side
A dropped connection triggers an alert to us, not a silent gap you discover from a customer email. Where a platform has changed its API, we handle the update.
What you see once you are live
Orders, stock, dispatches, returns and low-stock alerts in one view, with the reporting exports your finance team will ask for.
- Live order status from receipt through to carrier scan
- Stock on hand by SKU and by location, with allocated versus available
- Dispatch history with tracking references against each order
- Returns received, graded and the outcome recorded
- Low-stock alerts against reorder points you set
- Exportable stock, movement and dispatch reporting

Connecting your systems to ours
Shopify and Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and TikTok Shop natively or through a multichannel manager. Anything else can usually be connected over our REST API, by webhook, or by scheduled file transfer.
Yes — a documented REST API with webhook events for order status, stock changes and dispatch. Teams running headless or in-house platforms build against it directly. Access and documentation are provided during onboarding.
We process customer data only to fulfil your orders, under a written data processing agreement and in line with UK GDPR. We do not market to your customers, and we do not share your data with other clients.
Connections are monitored, and a failure raises an alert on our side rather than waiting for you to notice missing orders. Where a platform has changed its API, we handle the update; where it needs a decision from you, your account manager will explain what it affects and what the options are.
Yes. If you have negotiated rates worth keeping, we will ship on your accounts. Many brands compare both and use whichever is better per service — that comparison is what rate shopping does at the point of dispatch.

Tell us what you sell on and we will map it.
Send your channels and platforms. You will get back the connection method for each one, what it syncs, and anything that needs a decision from you before go-live.
